Life can be hard and messy at times, and it can make a meaningful difference to have someone supporting you as you navigate challenges. If you're feeling lost, frustrated, or overwhelmed, you are not alone. I believe that every person has a unique story, and I am committed to helping you find healing and growth by providing a safe, welcoming space where you can come as you are.
My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and the use of evidence-based practices. I strive to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively toward their goals. I am available to work with clients of all ages and would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
