When life feels heavy, it helps to have someone in your corner. Maybe you're feeling anxious, stressed out, or stuck and unsure of what’s next—and that’s okay. This is a space just for you, somewhere you can talk honestly, feel heard without judgment, and access support designed to help you grow and heal.
Whether you’re going through a tough time or just need someone to help you process what’s on your mind, I’m here to walk with you through it. Together, we’ll work toward finding clarity, building confidence, and helping you reconnect with the version of yourself you want to be.

I graduated with my M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Saybrook University.
I graduated from Western Washington University with my B.A in Creative Writing.
