Meet Kelly
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like no one really sees what you're carrying, you're not alone and you don't have to face it all by yourself. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, self-worth, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Transitioning to the mental health field after 20 years of experience as a Youth and Family Pastor, I bring deep understanding, patience, and care to every conversation. My approach is collaborative and supportive. I desire to create a space where you or your child can feel heard, valued, and free to be yourselves. Together, we'll explore your unique story, uncover your strengths, and move toward growth and healing at a pace that feels right for you. I'm here to meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.
