Let's face it, life can be overwhelming...and at times, outright unbearable. It is especially painful to have struggles that feel unseen or misunderstood. The good news is that you do not have to go at it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you in whatever season you might find yourself in while creating a nonjudgmental, comfortable space.
In my services, I utilize evidence-based practices in conjunction with a compassionate presence to help you or your child grow. Upon request, I am also able to happily integrate a Christian perspective into the counseling space if that is what you are looking for.
I work with individuals, couples, families, children, as well as teens. I can help with depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, life changes as well as familial/relationship challenges. Outside of counseling, I enjoy gaming, reading, watching anime, working on cars, skateboarding, and going on long walks with my dog. Let's work together!

Graduated with my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwest University.
I graduated from the University of Washington Seattle with a B.A. in Psychology.
