I believe that each person is uniquely created in God's Image, while also sharing a common humanity and longing for wholeness. Even in the Midst of fear, confusion, or inner conflict, there is hope for restoration. I'd like to provide a safe space walking with you through these experiences, helping you move toward clarity, integration, and a deeper sense of peace, with openness to the guidance of the Holy Spirit if that is meaningful to you.

My approach is relational, reflective, and grounded in compassion. I listen to both what is said and what may be harder to express, helping you better understand your inner world and move toward a joyful life.
